Brewing your own kombucha at home is not difficult, but it requires weekly maintenance and a healthy culture to start. Join us to learn the ins-and-out of brewing kombucha from a seasoned commercial brewer, Kristen Hanson from Milly Moon Kombucha.
About your instructor:
Kristen Hanson is a commercial kombucha brewer based in Phoenix, AZ. She has been brewing at home and commercially for a combined six years. Before launching her company, Milly Moon Kombucha, in 2021, she spent nearly two years on R&D, including completing a commercial brewing masterclass taught by a team of seasoned brewers and a head scientist.
